In 2011, Co founders, Ryan and Brandon Krugh had an idea to start their own business endeavor. Smoking and catering a variety of meat to the local area. As they learned their craft they cooked for friends and family working to improve and perfect the art of BBQ. They continued to work toward turning their dreams into a reality. In the spring of 2016 they received their LLC and the name Fat Racks Smoking Co. was born. They now serve central Ohio with their 28 ft food trailer where they prepare all types of smoked meat and an assortment of sides.
