We have our catering menu featuring our smoked meat entrées, warm sides, cold sides, salads, and drinks. Once you contact our team, we schedule a tasting event for you to try what you'd like to have.
Festivals and FAIRS
Another year in the books for the Fat Racks crew, We will be going back to our normal events i.e. Clark County Fair, Champaign County Fair, Corn festival, and The Rotary Food Truck Festival. Fat Racks Smoking Co will cater about any event you can think. We've done retirement parties, corporate holiday parties, graduations, birthdays, and many others.
